For many years, the Annual Solicitation to the entire membership of the Delaware bar was the foundation’s only source for non-IOLTA funding.  The foundation endowment fund, “Legacy of Giving”, is now a means to ensure the security of all important goals of the foundation for the future through planned giving, while the Annual Solicitation to each Delaware lawyer provides vital current funding.  It occurs early in July of each year and includes a statement of the annual dues of $35 with a request for an additional contribution. Given the foundation's mission, the Delaware bar always has been generous.
